This workshop is tailored for employees involved in the sales process. It teaches them how to determine a customer’s needs, match products and services to those needs, and then facilitate the sale. Attendees will learn how to ensure the customer encounters an optimal sales experience leading which will lead to closing more sales. This valuable workshop also covers body language and how to identify positive and negative customer signals.
